Mission

The mission of “Free Choice 21” Foundation is to support a developing community that provides a favourable environment and conditions for citizens to work in a job that satisfies them and simultaneously allows to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our organisation provides structured knowledge and resources for effective teamwork and achieving high results. As a micro activity, we assist people in their requalification, which is becoming more common nowadays. By doing so, we strive to ensure continuous personal growth and professional development for individuals within the community.

(*) Note that at “Free Choice 21” Foundation, we are in favor of people trying new careers or developing their talents, or pursuing a business opportunity. Nevertheless, all those come with risks. Please consider them before starting. Be prepared for things not to work. Or at least not right away. Don’t let this stop you, but be as prepared as possible. We want you to succeed. Your future self wants you to succeed. You can be the best version of yourself. Prepare, research, try, fail, try again, grow, lead, don’t stop, be consistent. It is not easy, but it is worth it. We are with you. (*)
